This shampoo is quite good. It cleanses well without drying out the scalp and hair. It is suitable for daily use. However, there are two downsides to consider. Firstly, the cap is very tight and difficult to open. Secondly, the smell is quite strong and reminiscent of a cleaning product, almost like bleach, which was quite overwhelming at first.
From the very first use, my hair started to fall out heavily. I have already switched to two different shampoos after using this one, but this "effect" hasn't completely gone away yet. The feeling after washing is not very pleasant; the shampoo makes my hair dry and stiff. The consistency is too thick, and overall it resembles more of a scrub rather than a shampoo.
This shampoo is absolutely terrible for oily hair. It initially cleanses remarkably well, almost to the point of squeaky clean, but the very next day, the hair becomes disgustingly greasy as if it encourages even more oiliness. As a result, I found myself having to wash my hair almost every morning. It's totally useless.
I liked the shampoo. I have thin, prone to greasiness hair, and it cleanses well. After using it, I also use the Garnier Ultra Doux hair mask, and I like everything about it!

I have thin, soft hair that tends to get oily. After washing my hair, I apply the SERICAL LATTE mask throughout the length, except for the roots. Everything works great together.

It's even worse for my mom - her bleached and chemically treated hair turned into a disaster. We're trying to recover with coconut oil and making sure no one ever lays eyes on this Garnier shampoo.
