I have been using this mouthwash for several months, even though I am no longer a child. It is alcohol-free, so it doesn't sting. It does not change the color enamel 100% (referring to a comment below). Additionally, it leaves a refreshing aftertaste, similar to that of strawberry popsicles.
Maybe, of course, the child may like the taste of this mouthwash and the fact that it doesn't burn and so on. BUT! It horribly stains the enamel! We go for a hygiene cleaning once every 3 months, and just between dental visits, I ordered this mouthwash. I noticed myself first that the child's enamel turned yellow, and during the next dental visit, my concerns were confirmed. So, I can only recommend this product to those who are not concerned about the condition of their child's teeth.

Our experience with this mouthwash is quite a story. At first, we were thrilled. Our child liked it, it tasted good and was pleasant. For me, it was an added factor in protecting my child's teeth. However, after using more than half of the bottle, I started noticing plaque on my child's teeth. I was upset because it seemed like it wasn't cleaning properly. I had to take my child to the dentist to show them. They had to do a cleaning, which cost quite a bit of money. It turned out the plaque was from the mouthwash. We haven't been rinsing with it for two months now, and the plaque hasn't reappeared. Now I'm afraid to give my child any mouthwash, even from a different brand. So, be cautious when you rinse. We started noticing plaque after just two weeks of use.
