Toothpaste Elmex Toothpaste Caries Protection

If we talk about the budget segment, this is an excellent toothpaste that I have been using for a while. The only downside is that I couldn't find the fluoride content on the packaging. However, there are several positives: it foams moderately (not too much, not too little), has a pleasant minty taste that doesn't burn your entire oral cavity (I hate "thermonuclear" toothpastes), and cleans well. I use it in combination with the Curaprox toothbrush.

I purchased this product on the recommendation of my dentist. It has a pleasant scent, and I couldn't find any flaws or drawbacks in its use.

So, I have been searching for a toothpaste that is not too expensive, around 500-600 hryvnias, and does not cause allergies. This one is perfect. It doesn't have a strong menthol smell that irritates the eyes. Instead, it has a mild, pleasant meaty taste. It is enjoyable to use.

This toothpaste is excellent for preventing cavities and has a good composition. Take into account the fluoride level in the water you drink (fluoride norm in water is 0.5-1.2 mg/L). If there is a fluoride deficiency in your water, feel free to order it, but if it exceeds the norm, there is no need.

However, the special fluoride formula (olafur) that creates a protective film in the mouth and provides longer protection against bacteria, etc., is all good. But when you wake up at night and your mouth feels as dry as after a night of heavy drinking, it's not normal. This happened for three consecutive nights, so I ended up throwing it away.

Good toothpaste. Almost all of them, except for Paradontax (and even then only the ones without fluoride), cause allergies. This one doesn't cause any and that's great. I'm very satisfied. It has a small consumption rate.
