I really liked the toner (I have combination skin). Regarding its mattifying effect, I agree with what was mentioned below (if it does mattify, it's very minimal, but we all have different skin types :) ). However, overall, it does what it claims to do... toning, moisturizing, soothing, cleansing, etc. I recommend giving it a try.
I didn't like it. It cleanses and moisturizes, but it doesn't mattify at all. I won't buy it again.
