Loose Powder - L'Oreal Paris True Match Minerals Powder
Great powder! I don't use foundation, just this powder. It effectively covers pigment spots and other imperfections. It stays on well, even though I have oily skin. I also use blotting papers throughout the day, and my makeup lasts. This powder gives my skin a velvety appearance, looking very natural and beautiful.
Terrible powder! Mineral powders are usually chosen by people with oily skin because they don't contain talc, which clogs pores. However, surprise! This one has kaolin as the second ingredient. You can't even check the ingredients list in the store because it's hidden under a sticker.
It looks great on your hand, but practically slides off your face immediately. I have to cover it with a mineral veil (a pure one, without clays, bought cheaply in bulk) just to make it stay on at all.
I love this powder and always buy it on sale. It has a pleasant, light texture, applies evenly, and doesn't clog pores. During the summer, I use the translucent one from this line.
I purchased this product elsewhere, but I've been actively using it for over two years. It's an economical and high-quality powder.
I've been using this product for about a month.
**PROS:**
- Slightly conceals pores
- Doesn't cake on the face
- Doesn't leave a white cast
- Doesn't dry out the skin
- Economical usage
**CONS:**
- Doesn't set for a long time
- Not suitable for baking
- Difficult to pick up with a brush
Overall, it's surprisingly good, even for problematic skin. It's a great example of a high-quality, budget-friendly powder.
This powder is fantastic, the best I've tried so far. I apply it after my morning moisturizer, and it works well for my combination skin. It stays flawless for about 3-4 hours, which is not an issue for me. I’ve completely stopped using foundation, and my skin looks much better—no more emphasizing wrinkles like foundation often does. I ordered it from the EU warehouse.
I agree with the previous comment; this product is not suitable for combination or oily skin. It leaves the face shiny all day.
The packaging is very inconvenient, making it difficult to apply the powder. Additionally, it's not suitable for oily or combination skin, as the face starts to shine within an hour.
I love it! It refreshes the face with a subtle glow and effectively covers pigmentation spots, redness, and acne scars. It's a pity that shade N4 is not available.
There are many positive reviews, but for some reason, it didn't work for me. The foundation doesn't mattify, and the coverage is minimal.
I have the 1D-1W shade, and I really like it. It stays on well, and I apply it over my day cream. I got it for my mom for winter, and it's perfect, but in the summer, a bit of shine does come through. It all depends on individual preferences.
I purchased this powder from a store other than Makeup, and I didn't like it. It looks noticeable on the skin, the packaging is inconvenient, and the shade 1D/1W gives my not-so-dark skin a yellowish tint. Plus, it's not the cheapest option. Ladies, I don't recommend it.
This powder is quite good and applies well with a brush. The mesh doesn't get in the way; instead, it helps to apply the powder evenly without excess. It gives a subtle healthy glow to the skin. It's suitable for oily skin and doesn't highlight any imperfections. I use shade 1D-1W, which is a nice medium tone. I love two powders from L'Oréal. When I want a radiant effect, I use this one, and for a more matte finish, I go for the L'Oréal INFALLIBLE long-wear mattifying powder. I alternate between the two to keep things interesting and avoid getting bored with my look in the mirror!
I really liked the powder! I finally found a replacement for Bourjois Bio Detox in beige. I apply it with a brush.
I have very fair skin. I previously bought the powder from this same line for the American market while in the States, and it was perfect. I didn't even need foundation with it. I purchased the lightest shade here, and it leaves orange patches on my skin. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!
I have combination skin with enlarged pores. While the powder doesn't fix all imperfections, it does even out my skin tone, making my skin look well-cared-for and radiant, without a mask-like effect. I'm using shade 1D/1W.
I decided to try this powder, hoping for a miracle, but it didn't happen. It's not for me. It makes my face shiny and does even out the tone, but it also highlights my pores and leaves a shine. I tried everything—using it with foundation, with mattifying foundation, without any cream, with a brush, with a sponge, and even tried different techniques. My skin is normal, leaning towards oily, so maybe it would work better for dry skin.
This is the best powder I've ever used. It's lightweight and doesn't clog pores. It applies easily and lasts all day. Shade D1 is perfect for fair skin. Plus, it does a great job of covering imperfections.
I liked the powder, but the lightest shade was still too dark for me. I used it in the summer, and even with a tan, it was slightly too dark. It definitely won't work for winter.
This is a good powder for light coverage. It evens out skin tone but doesn't cover problem areas completely. When used with concealer, it looks fantastic. It provides a subtle glow that, in my opinion, looks very natural.
I really liked it. It's lightweight, and I use it instead of foundation. The coverage is quite satisfying, especially considering I have post-acne marks. I apply it directly from the jar with a brush. It's not the most convenient, but I don't have to pour it out anywhere. I'll definitely be purchasing it again.
Ladies, can anyone share how you use this powder? :) It seems impossible to get it out of the container. How does the manufacturer expect us to use it?
After some time, I can now share my review of the powder. The powder is genuinely amazing. It applies well, evens out skin tone, and doesn't clog pores. It gives the face a subtle glow. However, the real downside is the packaging. It's very difficult to get the powder out, which takes up a lot of time. My rating is for the product itself.
Great powder! It applies evenly, even without foundation. It doesn't feel heavy or clog pores. Thank you, Make.up!
I bought the transparent one and I love it! I can touch up my makeup with a brush during the day, and it looks perfect. It doesn't leave any white residue on the skin and blends seamlessly. Highly recommend!
I have combination skin and chose shade 2C. The color matched well, but that's the only positive. When applied to clean skin, my face starts to get shiny after just two hours. Additionally, when the shine begins, both the foundation and powder start to cake and gather, not just in creases but all over, making it look very patchy. It's quite awful.
Great powder! I bought it in shade 1 (ivory gold). My face looks like it's glowing from within... I even received compliments! I'll definitely buy it again!
I'm writing this review for the third time, as my previous ones weren't published for some reason. I bought this powder based on reviews, but it was disappointing, and I would rate it 1 out of 5. It applies poorly, clumps on the face, and clogs pores. After application, it feels very uncomfortable, like my face is dirty, and I just want to remove the makeup as soon as possible. If this isn't a counterfeit product, then L'Oréal has let me down!
The powder is soft and applies easily. I chose shade 1D/1W for fair skin, and it was a good match. I recommend it!
Great powder. I'm pleased with it.
Powder Favorite! I bought the translucent one to help with shine since my skin is very oily! It doesn't dry out the skin or clog pores, contains minerals, and controls oil production throughout the day. It's simply amazing :) It perfectly sets makeup!
This is the best powder I've ever tried! It applies evenly on the skin without clogging pores. The best part is that no matter how many times I touch up my makeup throughout the day, it still looks natural! It's also economical in use.
The mineral powder from L'Oréal Paris exceeded my expectations. It has a medium texture that doesn’t clog pores and effectively covers all imperfections. What I love most is that it's made of 96% minerals, making it suitable for those with problematic skin by providing care and preventing blemishes. It comes in three shades, and the darkest one, 3N, was perfect for me.
The powder is fantastic! It has a nice, dense texture that evens out the skin perfectly, so you can even skip the foundation. I also love that it's mineral-based and economical to use. I highly recommend it!
The powder is fantastic. I'm really pleased that it truly is mineral-based and lasts well throughout the day. It also does a great job of evening out the skin tone.
The powder is great, and I was drawn to its mineral composition. I'm also pleased with the effect—it applies lightly, mattifies, and evens out skin tone.
I've been searching for a good mineral powder for a long time, and I've finally found it! It has a great formula, doesn't clog pores, and lets my skin breathe. I love the subtle glowing effect it gives my skin. Highly recommend!
I used the powder, and its texture is light, like a veil on the face. I really like it, and it provides lasting hold throughout the day.
I am thrilled with this powder! It goes on the skin perfectly! It doesn't highlight enlarged pores at all, and I really liked the ingredients! Ladies, you must try it—it's an excellent product!
I really liked the mineral powder from L'Oréal. It's lightweight and applies perfectly. The natural formula takes care of the skin.
The powder adapts perfectly to the skin tone, evens out the complexion, and mattifies. It feels completely weightless on the face, is very comfortable, yet lasts all day.
I finally found a powder that's perfect for me. It's lightweight, mattifying, and has a subtle shimmer. Ladies, you should definitely try it!
This is my favorite! Ladies, you won't regret getting it. Its light, creamy texture gives your skin a smooth and matte finish that lasts all day. It's perfect for wearing without foundation if you want a natural makeup look.
This is an excellent powder with a light, weightless texture. It provides perfect mattifying coverage, evens out the skin's surface, doesn’t clog pores, and sets makeup beautifully.
I absolutely love this powder! It applies smoothly and doesn't clog pores. I even use it without foundation because, despite its light texture, it still leaves my complexion looking fresh and well-rested. Plus, it doesn't dry out my skin.
The loose powder has a pleasant texture and is very long-lasting compared to other mineral powders.
I was considering two options for loose mineral powders from ARTDECO and L'Oreal. I ended up purchasing the True Match powder because it was more affordable. I have no regrets and am very satisfied with my choice. The powder is lightweight, completely invisible on the skin, and does a great job of evening out and concealing imperfections.
This is an excellent powder with a rich mineral composition. Its light texture perfectly evens out skin tone without creating a mask-like effect. It also helps control oily shine throughout the day.
The product has a very pleasant texture, light and airy, leaving the skin feeling smooth. The only downside is that it highlights fine lines under the eyes. Overall, it's a decent product.
Here's a coherent translation of the product review:
"This mineral powder is amazing! It comes in a unique loose powder format that's very convenient to use. It has a light, barely noticeable texture."
Girls with oily, combination, or porous skin, this product is not for you. The powder feels weightless, and shade 1 is a good neutral match for fair skin. It's easy to apply with a flat kabuki brush for mineral foundations. The initial result in the mirror is pleasing, and it provides good coverage when layered. However, within just 30 minutes, your face will start to shine excessively, as the powder settles into pores and wrinkles. It ends up looking like a shiny mess. The staying power is really poor; the moment you blot with an oil-absorbing sheet, the powder comes right off. After 4-5 hours, there's no trace of it left. This product is only suitable for normal skin that is smooth, without visible pores or scars.
Magical powder! This is the best product you can buy for the price! It really reminds me of the loose powder from L'Oréal that was discontinued, which I used about 10 years ago. The packaging is a bit inconvenient, but that's a minor issue compared to the quality of the product!
I waited several months for the right shade to be available, but eventually decided not to stress about it and bought it from another store. The powder is excellent (although for problematic skin, it's better to use a foundation as well). It's soft and gentle.
This is the first time I'm giving a 4-star rating. I suggest the Make Up team separate the product rating from the service quality rating. I placed an order on November 26 and understood there would be a delay in delivery. The delivery date was set for November 29, but the courier called on December 1. I couldn't receive the package at the specified address that day, and the courier naturally couldn't go to another part of the city. We agreed on delivery for December 2, and I requested it be as early as possible. According to the courier, they don't make morning deliveries, only in the afternoon. I agreed but waited until 2:30 PM. When I called the courier, I was informed that a different courier was working in that area that day, and I didn't have their contact information. Overall, I have no desire to use makeup's courier service again.
Now about the powder. I was deciding between shades 1 and 2. Shade 1 has a more silvery shimmer, while shade 2 is more golden. I have fair skin and always choose the lightest shade, so this time I went with shade 2, which blends perfectly with my skin tone. It provides moderate mattifying, so it's better to use it over foundation for problematic skin. The packaging is not very convenient; it's hard to get enough powder onto the brush. If I can't get used to it, I'll have to remove the "sifter" and use it that way.
