Terrible service! The first time I ordered these perfumes, when the courier delivered them, I couldn't find the batch code. I called the manager and she was not knowledgeable about this issue. She said she would check with the supplier and call me back. It's been 3 days and no one has called. The order was paid for and no one is returning the money.
I call and inquire about the issue, only to find out that no one is dealing with it. Manager Oksana places an order for the same perfumes for me, after calling the warehouse and finding out that the batch code is in black letters on the box.
The courier arrives and brings the perfumes with a broken sample, a gift, and a receipt for a payment that is 140 hryvnias higher, in cash. I call to find out what is going on, why should I pay twice for the perfumes, and why is the price higher? Why wasn't I informed that I needed cash for payment?
After lengthy negotiations and wasted time, Manager Oksana finally decides to keep the old price. But! I don't have cash with me and I have to leave for business. The courier says that he cannot bring me the perfumes later, so I should take a taxi and go to him myself.
Dear Makeup management, I am a regular customer, and when last year the courier did not answer calls and arrived at 18:00 instead of 14:00 when I had already left, I did not complain.
But now the situation is beyond acceptable. Your managers have created a problem twice. I need the perfumes today, but the manager suggests postponing it for the third time. And the courier suggests taking a taxi and going after him to pick up the perfumes, all because of the manager's mistake.
I suggest that you penalize the manager and pay these funds to a new courier today, or reimburse me for the taxi fare.
And please note, because of the manager's incompetence, I have wasted a lot of time trying to resolve the situation. The manager did not offer any solutions, except for me to refuse the product! Is this how you should sell? By causing losses to yourselves? Furthermore, I am not being paid for my wasted time, while she sits at work without knowing anything and gets paid.
When I asked to speak to the management, Manager Oksana told me it was impossible!
Are you serious? You have terrible service and there is no way to report it?
No one has brought me any apologies.

I didn't buy it here, but I want to say that this fragrance is simply amazing! As they say, you get what you pay for! This scent is not for fans of something light. It is suitable for cooler seasons and evenings. It doesn't smell like an old lady, that's for sure. It has a touch of masculinity, but not too much.
