I bought it from another website. It clearly stated there that it is a makeup remover, not a lotion or tonic... So I was a bit shocked to see the girls here talking about moisturizing or other functions. I specifically use it to remove my makeup, and it works perfectly for that. And of course, after using it, I rinse it off with water or foam, so there is no stickiness afterwards.
