The balm is actually quite good, at least it suited me personally. Most balms that I have used tend to dry out my lips even more after they dry. With this product, I didn't notice any of that, which is a significant plus for me. I recommend it, but don't forget that everyone's experience may vary!
They changed the formula, and now my lips are cracking. I am not satisfied. I am going to search for the old formula.
Money wasted, no effect at all. If applied every hour, it might help. Carmex is a million times better.
I like everything about it. It has a neutral scent and a pleasant texture. It moisturizes well and healed my cracked lips in just 2 days.
This product suited me well. I specifically use this lipstick before going outside, especially when it's cold. The problem with chapped lips has disappeared.
Unfortunately, it did not work for me.
Cons:
1) It smells like cheap lipstick from the 2000s.
2) It doesn't moisturize; it feels like it's on the lips, but they still feel dry.
3) For this price, it should at least do something, but it doesn't.
4) There is no expiration date on the lipstick (there is some kind of code, but it's unknown how to decipher it).
Pros:
1) It is not sticky.
2) SPF 20.
I do not recommend it. For this price, you can get Carmex, which has a larger volume and more benefits.
There is no benefit from it at all. It does not moisturize at all. It does not heal. It smells awful, and when it gets on the mucous membrane, it feels like it dries out the entire oral cavity, causing a burning sensation in the throat. Simply terrible. I expected more from this brand.
I didn't like the scent, it reminded me of some old lipstick. The moisturizing effect is also not very noticeable, it feels like a cheap lipstick. I was hoping for more from this brand. I'm more used to the classic Carmex, I would have preferred to choose that one instead. Its texture, scent, and effectiveness are better.
This balm is really good, it helps from the first use. It moisturizes well and doesn't feel sticky. I highly recommend it!
Unfortunately, I didn't like it. There is no moisturization at all, it's similar to Biokon.

I highly recommend this product as it effectively moisturizes without leaving a mask-like feeling. It also provides excellent treatment and has a pleasant neutral scent.
Personally, it didn't work for me. My lips don't absorb it, and it leaves a white powder on my lips. I understand that it's a budget product, but I would rather pay a little extra and have a good lip balm.

I really liked this product as it provides excellent moisturization. It effectively heals cracks overnight, unlike other brands such as La Roche Posay and Carmex, which left a bitter aftertaste. This product does not have such a disadvantage, and the price is also pleasant.
This balm is really awesome. It moisturizes wonderfully and doesn't feel unpleasant on the lips. There is no tightness sensation, and what surprised me pleasantly the most is how long it lasts. I mean, it lasts for a really, really long time. Few balms suit me, and I used to only use Nivea because all the others, expensive or cheap, made my lips feel tight and didn't moisturize them. With those, I would run out in just two and a half weeks. But with this one, it has been over a month and there is still more than half left. And I use it very frequently, like every half an hour.
This balm is fantastic, it moisturizes perfectly, very comfortable on the lips, but it has a smell of shoe cream, so I deducted one star. If you are too sensitive to smells, I do not recommend this product.
