Igora Royal Fashion Light hair color should be mixed exclusively with a 12% developer lotion in a 1:1 ratio. Apply the prepared mixture immediately to dry hair. For the initial application, apply to the entire length of the hair and leave on for 30-45 minutes. For touch-ups, apply to the regrown roots and leave on for 30-45 minutes. After the processing time, rinse thoroughly with warm water. To neutralize and remove any excess color, wash your hair with Schwarzkopf BC Color Freeze shampoo.

I have been using L-44+ 12% developer for airtouch coloring for many years. It effectively lightens my dark brown hair to a beautiful beige color without the need for prior bleaching.
The permanent dye noticeably faded after the first wash. Additionally, the color L-77 turned out to be more of an orange shade rather than the stated copper. I would recommend considering other options.
