This is a good lipstick. It doesn't dry out the lips, but it doesn't moisturize them either. The color 999 is a classic red. It's a very nice shade that suits both blondes and brunettes. I was choosing between 060 Premier and 263 Hazard. I chose 263. The color is light pink. I have been using Chanel luxury lipsticks before this one. They are completely different, but both are good in their own way. This one has a wonderful scent, just like the Chanel one, and it becomes perfectly beautiful on the lips a couple of minutes after applying it.
