It mattifies well, although there's a bit of shine by the evening, but that really depends on whether your skin is dry or oily. It doesn't dry out the skin, and it doesn't feel like you've applied too much cream. I really liked it, and out of all I've tried, this is the best. 5 stars
The mattifying effect only lasts for about an hour, so it's not suitable for oily skin. It's really not suitable, as it leaves a shine that could attract magpies!
