Wipe off the excess before applying the mascara. Using a zig zag motion, wiggle mascara wand in an upwards direction, starting from the root of the lashes towards the tips. Let the mascara dry. For a more dramatic look, apply a second or third coat.

Golden Rose, you are an excellent brand for lipsticks and powders. However, mascara is not your strong suit.
I did not like the mascara.
Well... so... I really like their lipsticks, so I was expecting the same quality here. But oh my goodness! The brush is not bad, quite comfortable actually, but the mascara... It's definitely not waterproof. Even as a regular one, it has no staying power at all. Just an hour outside and it starts smudging :( there are black marks not only under my eyes, but also above them, like I just applied it and it hasn't dried yet... I don't know about their other mascaras, but this one is definitely not worth attention :((( unfortunately.
