It dries quickly upon application, so I believe it will also dry quickly in the bottle - I need to adapt to creating smooth lines with the first attempt in order to quickly close the eyeliner. It does not clump when applied over previous lines or if you want to draw wider lines. It looks great when combined with blue and silver eyeshadows - visually enhances the eyes.
