The cream is thick and there is a slight burning sensation after application, but it does not harm the skin or cause any allergies. It doesn't remove pigmentation, but it evens out the skin tone and makes it look radiant. I only use it at night. During the day, I always use my own cream and SPF. The only downside is that the dispenser doesn't work, probably because of the extremely thick consistency of the cream.
