For wrapping: Apply the gel to cleansed and dry skin in circular motions. Wrap tightly in foil (professional or food grade), leave for approx. 30 minutes. In order to enhance the effect of the active substances, wrap additionally in a blanket. Remove the foil, rinse any leftovers remaining, and pat the skin dry. Use every 2-3 days for 6 weeks.
For massage: massage the skin for 5-10 minutes.
