It does not pull out hair at the roots
I didn't buy it here, but in a store. It looks nice, but in reality, the base came off the handle. Well, that's a minor issue, I glued it back with super glue, but it's still impossible to use because it painfully pulls out hair. I strongly do not recommend it.
