This is my first product of this kind, so I have nothing to compare it to. I didn't expect anything special and used it about once every four to five days either on its own or as a base for nail polish. I noticed that my nails actually became stronger over this month. So, I recommend it, although I have no doubt that there are equally effective products at a lower cost if you look for them. The product is economical, in my case, I didn't really notice much decrease in the bottle after a month of use, so I think it will last for a long time. If the product doesn't start to harm with prolonged use, I will continue to buy it regularly and probably won't experiment with others unless they are discontinued.
