"Familiar, yet newly discovered" - this is how the fragrance of the Eau Duelle perfume water from the niche French brand Diptyque can be described. This oriental-spicy unisex fragrance offers you exquisite scents that can be compared to the Eau Duelle toilet water. Unlike its "predecessor," the perfume water's fragrance is more intense, deep, and diverse, allowing everyone to find something personally resonant within it.
In this perfume composition, invigorating notes of juniper, pink pepper, and cardamom harmoniously blend with the refined sweetness of Bourbon vanilla and silvery musk. The fiery essence of red pepper and the elegantly restrained notes of grey amber linger on the skin, enveloping the wearer in an aura of confidence and tranquility. These perfumes are suitable for both men and women who wish to emphasize their individuality.
Anyone who uses the Dior Lip Glow balm will recognize this scent. They are quite similar, but Duelle has less mint. I agree with a previous comment that one downside is its lack of staying power. However, if you reapply it throughout the day, it feels like you could breathe it in instead of air ❤️
The fragrance is nice, but the perfume's longevity is very poor.
If I had to choose just one scent, it would definitely be this one. It's cozy and warm, making you feel like you're sitting in a mountain cabin with a fireplace. Outside, you can smell juniper, while inside, there's a delicate aroma of baked goods with cardamom and bourbon vanilla. I absolutely love it.
