I don't understand the negative reviews.

I have thin, long, and bleached hair.

After using it, my hair became smooth like silk.

It styles very well with a Dyson.

I did not buy it here. The heat protection is terrible, and my hair becomes as dry as straw after using it. I threw it away. I do not recommend it.

I use it with my daughter. She has dyed blonde hair, while mine is natural. With this product, our hair looks better than without it. We don't have to trim split ends as often. We use a flat iron and a hair straightener. It's a good product.
