I'll share how the scent unfolded on me from the first spray. It has the coolness and freshness of an autumn rose, a hint of amaretto liqueur, and a slight bitterness. It's a truly remarkable fragrance. And it’s definitely unisex!
I always thought that oriental, spicy fragrances were only for brunettes. But I was wrong. Yes, the scent is a bit heavy, spicy-musky, perfect for the colder seasons, but it's luxurious and has a lingering trail, revealing its full beauty a couple of hours after application. This was my first encounter with Montale, and thankfully, it was a successful one. However, I believe that when exploring niche perfumes, you should start with samples. A quick test in the store isn't enough to determine if it's the right fragrance for you.

Recently, I received my order of Montale Aoud Sense. When I opened it, I almost cried. There was no hint of my favorite fragrance; instead, there was an unpleasant smell mixed with alcohol! I started calling the website, sending photos of what I received. They called me back, and I expressed my doubts about the authenticity of the perfume (since I've bought it before and know how it should smell and develop). The customer service team explained that I needed to spray it about 10 times and let it sit at room temperature (due to temperature changes during shipping and the formation of an airlock). I followed their instructions, and voilà! I finally smelled my favorite fragrance! Sorry for doubting you, Make Up! I've ordered from you before and will continue to do so! By the way, I just visited Brocard, and the perfume box was identical to the one I received from Make Up! Thanks to the website staff (unfortunately, I didn’t remember the names of those I spoke with about this issue)!
The fragrance is enchanting! Both my husband and I love it, and we use it together. However, I was a bit disappointed when I checked the barcode; it indicated "Internal numbering (for free use within enterprises)." This means they might be produced under varying conditions.
This is my favorite fragrance! Everyone always asks me about the wonderful scent I'm wearing. I'm already using my second bottle. (To the comment above: I have the 50ml in a gold bottle, and the 100ml, like in the picture, comes in a two-tone bottle.)
I wasn't sure what the fragrance would be like since I hadn't tested it. When I first sprayed it, I was almost speechless with disappointment. However, after about half an hour, I found myself unable to get enough of it—I just wanted to keep inhaling it! Before this, I tried wearing "Pure Gold" and was obsessed with it, but this one is completely different. Special thanks to MakeUp for the delivery and the little gift! I just wanted to ask "MakeUp" why I received a gold bottle when the picture showed a purple one. The name is correct, though!
