This is a very rich product, and if applied in the morning, it leaves a film on the face until the evening. This is exactly the kind of emollient I was looking for! Other creams with a similar function absorb instantly, but only this one truly accomplishes the "barrier" task for me. The only downside is that it is sticky. I use it for both face and body.
