The texture is soft and pleasant, but the scent is indeed quite intense. It's like a budget version of Clarins, the smell is almost identical to Clarins' body cream-butter with shea oil. The same bitter flowers. And the fragrance also lasts decently, at least a couple of hours. I'm not sure if using such a strongly scented cream on babies is a good idea. But for myself, it's actually quite suitable (if you like floral scents). I will have to give it to someone else, I don't like such fragrances.
