The balm is decent, but not wow! My hair seems to be slightly better, but thanks to what? Any conditioner works the same way. I have been using this balm for a long time (already on my 3rd bottle). I can't really express any excitement. The quality of the Irene Bukur brand is getting worse, it's a pity...
The hair is soft and shiny, and it easily combs through - I am satisfied! Additionally, the scent is pleasant.

Great conditioner. I have bought it twice and it worked well for me. My hair feels pleasant and looks healthier. However, there is one downside - the conditioner has a slightly watery consistency, which makes it inconvenient and impractical to use.

I have been using the conditioner along with the shampoo from the same series. It is good, making my hair soft, smooth, and shiny. What is important is that the shampoo doesn't work without this conditioner, probably due to the absence of sulfates. One time, I washed my hair without the conditioner and they were difficult to comb and looked as if they had been chewed on.
For my hair, which is slightly below shoulder length, the consumption is quite high. One bottle lasts for 3-4 uses. In other words, for one bottle of shampoo, you need 2-2.5 bottles of conditioner.
I didn't buy it here, but one thing I can say for sure: this balm is magical! It makes my curly and frizzy hair practically perfectly smooth. And, importantly, it is absolutely non-aggressive, even if you have sensitive scalp.
Not quite what I expected. Neither the texture nor the effect after application were satisfying.
The conditioner is very pleasant. After using the shampoo from the same series with burdock oil, my hair was quite stiff and tangled. However, after applying the conditioner, some kind of "magic" happens instantly, and they become smooth and manageable. It's a magical thing! I highly recommend it!
