I bought this for normal and sensitive skin. After a week of using it, I noticed that my pores weren't getting cleaned thoroughly. My skin became slightly irritated, even though everything seemed fine during the first few days.
For those with seborrheic dermatitis and dry, flaky skin, this is an excellent product. It works wonderfully when used together with the emulsion.
Our dermatologist prescribed this along with a cleansing gel. By the third day of use, a real burn appeared on my child's cheek. The skin was very irritated, and we had to treat it with dexpanthenol. The skin then peeled off as if it had been burned. It was a nightmare! Of course, the dermatologist advised us to stop using it. I spent 1000 UAH on the set, only to use it for three days and end up with a severe burn on my child. So, if you're prescribed this, please be cautious.

This facial cleanser is terrible. It caused an allergic reaction after the first use. My face became covered in red spots and started to burn. I definitely do not recommend it for sensitive skin.
We bought it for a guy, based on reviews. He has seborrheic dermatitis. He said that the gel is great (especially when combined with the soothing emulsion from the same line). The pores are not visible (even though they are usually big for him), dryness disappeared, and the flakes are gone too. It reduces redness. He said he didn't expect such a result and there is probably something bad in the composition that blocks all these issues, but the result is amazing.
I was prescribed this shampoo by a dermatologist for treating seborrhea on the scalp. I am satisfied with it as after two weeks, the itching on my head has disappeared. I also bought the lotion from the same series. I wash my hair every other day just like before. It doesn't dry out the length of my hair. I recommend it.

This product is quite good for people with certain skin issues, as it doesn't cause any irritation or dryness, among other things. However, for normal skin, it would be preferable to have more cleansing power, similar to the copper-zinc face cleanser from Uriage, which has at least some positive effects on the skin. This one simply gently cleanses.
I started using this product after my doctor prescribed it as part of my dermatitis therapy. After completing the treatment, I switched to using it exclusively instead of my regular face wash gel. It doesn't dry out my skin, doesn't leave a film-like sensation, and has a neutral scent. I also use it to cleanse my décolleté area and wash my hair once a month because I tend to have an imbalance. I am very satisfied with it.
Everything is great, it cleanses very gently and softly. It doesn't dry out the skin like other cleansers. I definitely recommend it.
