Many negative reviews! And for no reason! This balm can be used as a strengthening mask for weakened hair. Once a week. In the morning on Sunday, or on another free day - in the morning, apply the balm to the hair starting from the roots (to ensure that the hair is well saturated). Leave it on for 3 hours (you can wear a shower cap and a warm scarf or a knitted hat on top). The hair and scalp receive nourishment, and you will see results after 3-4 uses. This is advice from a dermatologist.
I didn't like the balm, it didn't do anything for my hair, it seemed to make it greasy quickly. I have to wash it every day. I don't understand how it's supposed to promote hair growth if you apply it not on the scalp, but directly on the hair. I prefer the mask from this brand, it makes my hair feel silky immediately. No benefits at all, I bought this balm together with the shampoo from the same series. There is absolutely no improvement in the condition of my hair. I do not recommend it as a remedy for hair loss.

I have dry and damaged hair that quickly becomes oily at the roots. I wanted to restore it or at least soften it! However, the result was disappointing. I used it every day for two weeks (I style my hair every morning on weekdays), but it did absolutely nothing. I am disappointed.

As a hair conditioner, it's great for softening the hair, but it completely failed to address the issue of hair loss, maybe even made it worse (not sure). I bought two units, used them all, and I highly doubt I will purchase it again.
