A drop of exquisite perfume is a perfect final touch to the image of a successful man that can tell a lot about his nature and preferences. Xerjoff Fiero Eau de Parfum is designed to emphasize the impeccable taste and style of its owner.
The olfactory pyramid of Xerjoff Fiero Eau de Parfum:
Top notes open the spicy-fougere composition with an enchanting combination of smoky-bitter bergamot shades, energizing Amalfi lemon motifs, slightly tart blood orange accents, and delicate lemongrass overflows.
Heart notes sparkle with accords of fresh mint, floral neroli, zesty tarragon, and herbaceous thyme.
Base notes leave a rich trail woven from luxurious vetiver, coumarin, nutmeg, patchouli, and sandalwood undertones.
The opening of this fragrance is very similar to Dior's Eau Sauvage, featuring those legendary "sour lemons." However, if you're familiar with both scents, you'll notice the differences. For instance, Dior prominently features rosemary, whereas Fiero has a distinct tarragon note. Both fragrances also carry a retro vibe. With Fiero, there's a sense that there's more beyond the lemons. In my opinion, Fiero has a more "medicinal" and "potion-like" opening. Over time, it blends into a cohesive composition that's hard for me to describe or pick apart into individual notes. The fragrance eventually diverges from Eau Sauvage, taking its own path. It becomes something spicy, green, with hints of suede or leather. My brother immediately detected leather from the start (and he's as far removed from the world of perfumery as one can be, so he's completely unbiased).
There's not even a hint of sweetness in this fragrance; it's sharp and spicy. While I don't often categorize fragrances by gender, this one is distinctly masculine. It's fresh, but I wouldn't call it a typical fresh scent because I couldn't wear it every day. It has weight and density. The longevity is excellent, and it leaves a decent trail. Citrus notes are present throughout the entire experience: they dominate initially, then fade but never completely disappear. In my opinion, it's suitable for any season.
Overall, it's decent. Initially, it has a citrusy scent, then tarragon and savory, and in the end, something warm. In my opinion, the fragrance is suitable for the transitional seasons. It reminds me of a sun-warmed garden in the summertime, with a warm and grassy aroma. For the summer, something fresher is needed.
A magnificent fragrance for men! It smells delicious, fresh, and sophisticated. It is very long-lasting.
