I started using this product on the advice of a trichologist. Generally, trichologists believe that shampoo cannot combat hair loss because it does not penetrate deeply enough to the hair bulbs. The scent is specific, but I like it. It can be a bit harsh, so it's necessary to use conditioner. This is how I use it: shampoo on the roots, mask on the length, and leave it on for 5 minutes. Overall, I am satisfied with this product. I have also started using the ampoules from the same A3 series, so I can expect them to have an effect against hair loss.
