I ordered a gift bag along with some perfume. The bag is nice, but they packed everything into a small box and folded the bag in half. My question is this: Isn't it obvious that a gift bag should be sent in its proper shape, as its purpose is to present a gift?! So, I paid for the bag, but it arrived creased, and it's embarrassing to give it as a gift in that condition. Do I have to go to the store and buy a new one? This is just silly and shows a lack of respect for the customer. Were they trying to save on packaging or what? It's disappointing.
