I use it at home for manual back massages. The scent is amazing, and the dispenser is convenient. It does its job well by warming up the area and aiding in the massage. I didn't notice any therapeutic benefits, though.

It is very suitable for therapeutic massage. That is actually its intended purpose, so make sure to read the instructions carefully to avoid disappointment later on.
Very good oil. I have problems with my spine, so I apply the oil to my entire back after taking a shower. After about 5 uses, some of the back pain goes away. Not completely, but still. It slightly relieves muscle stiffness. But if you have inflamed muscles or chronic problem areas, it really helps alleviate them. I really liked it.
