I am satisfied with the powder. Previously, I used Makeup Factory for 1000 UAH, Germany, but it seems like it's either been discontinued or there are serious logistic issues, as the brand is not available in any store.
I decided to take a risk and try Liren. The Poles did a great job, I must say.

A great powder. It doesn't do anything supernatural, but it mattifies for half a day, which is really good for my oily skin. Before using it, I apply a generous amount of cream from the same brand and there are no signs of dryness. The biggest advantage is that it doesn't cause any allergic reactions.

I ordered this powder after seeing a promotion, and overall, it's not bad. The shimmer is barely noticeable and it mattifies quite well (I have combination skin). It does accentuate dry patches a little, but I think any other powder would also highlight them if the skin is uneven.
The only downside is the smell. Many people mentioned that it was nice and pleasant, but to me, it seemed awful and strong. :(
I probably won't buy this powder again.
