Nighttime is the most crucial period for skincare, as it is when the intensive process of rejuvenation and energy recovery takes place, along with cell renewal. The Extra Emollient Night Cream by Mary Kay ensures maximum comfort for your skin, providing it with comprehensive nourishment and hydration. This cream is ideal for caring for dry skin, even during the winter months, allowing it to always appear fresh and well-maintained.
The cream's soothing complex, composed of beeswax, candelilla wax, and carnauba wax, creates a thin protective film on the skin's surface. This effectively prevents moisture loss, aids in the restoration of the skin's natural biological balance of substances, and minimizes the adverse effects of environmental exposure. Mary Kay's Extra Emollient Night Cream also contains menthol, which provides a calming and refreshing effect, normalizes lipid metabolism, and improves microcirculation of blood and fluids in the tissues.

To further hydrate your skin, wet your face with warm water, then apply a small amount of cream to your face and neck.

The cream is very oily. After my enzymatic powder dried my facial skin, I applied it twice at night and my skin recovered. However, the cream has a specific smell. Also, I had a small burn from a frying pan and I applied a little bit of this cream and it doesn't sting at all, it soothes.
This product is of excellent quality.
I mix this cream with a menthol foot cream in equal parts and apply it to my feet at night - it brings me happiness and bliss. I didn't understand how to use them separately. Sometimes I apply it on my face and use it as a makeup base (as if I'm substituting a primer). The product is good and beneficial, and can be used in different ways.
This cream is not for the face! I developed an allergy to beeswax. My face turned red and started to sting. However, it works well on hands, elbows, and heels. I do not recommend using it on the face.
Not for the face! It works perfectly for heels, elbows, cuts, and very dry areas of the body. The waxes in the formula provide excellent results. Excellent.
Rescue cream! It's a lifesaver for wounds, especially those caused by tight shoes or mosquito bites. I've been using it for a long time and I haven't found anything better.
I have been using this cream for over 5 years, but only for my hands and feet. I haven't found a better nourishing cream for my feet, as it effectively softens them, has a pleasant scent, and absorbs quickly.
Honestly, the only product I use from Mary Kay is their cream. It's amazing, but it should only be used on damp and warm skin. During the winter, it saved my husband's hands. Cracks and wounds disappear after the first use. It's also great for feet, cuticles, and lips! I only used it on my face during the summer, after returning from Egypt because my skin became extremely dry. Honestly, I don't know of any cream that compares to this one. When it runs out, I will definitely buy more.
This is definitely not a primary treatment, but rather an auxiliary product for additional hydration. I use it as needed. Most often, I apply it at night after my regular night cream (meaning as a second layer). It is also great for applying on the lips at night - no flakes remain in the morning! I highly recommend it for the cuticles - it works better than any oil!
Dear ladies. Who said that cream is not for the face? It can also be used for the neck and décolleté area. I used it after a course of radiation therapy for the thyroid area.
And it also works perfectly in winter as a hand cream, especially if the skin is windburned and has microcracks. Steam your hands (or use a small bath) and apply the cream, it's best to do this procedure at night. I have been using it for my husband for 10 years, it's the most effective product!!!
And another thing. The cream should be applied to steamed skin. Then the wax melts and absorbs into the skin without leaving any film. Ladies, please read the instructions more carefully!!!
I have been familiar with this "cream," or more accurately, wax, for a long time. From my experience, I can say that you can use it anywhere except for moisturizing the face (for example, on your legs or other areas prone to excessive dryness or calluses), as the product does not moisturize at all and only leaves a unpleasant oily film on the skin. At the moment, I am using this wax as an overnight mask for very dry hands. However, I do not observe any moisturizing effect, only a greasy shine that I want to wash off as soon as possible...
It is very strange that this website positions it as a face cream. It is actually an emollient - a product that forms a barrier to prevent the skin from losing moisture. It can only be comfortably used on the face by people with atopic dermatitis or extreme dryness caused by certain extraordinary circumstances. Even Mary Kay consultants primarily demonstrated this cream as part of a hand care set, as a greasy, healing product. I have been buying it for many years as a night cream for my hands and feet, to eliminate dryness and soften calluses.
The cream is excellent, especially during winter - it's a must-have. I've been using it for many years. I was actually a consultant for this company, so I know how to use it properly. Families use it and it's indispensable for dry skin.
The worst cream I have ever tried. Firstly, it feels like a mask on the skin, and the feeling is terrible. I looked at the ingredients and saw paraffin listed in the first positions. Secondly, the smell is something else! It reminds me of the scent in churches, but much stronger. Before buying, it's better to try it in a store and decide if you really need it. It seems like the comments were written by Mary Kay consultants.
I have been using this cream for over 10 years! It is versatile and suitable for the whole family, a must-have in every household! It can be used on children from 6 months old! It effectively moisturizes and smoothens fine wrinkles. During winter, I can't imagine being without it - I apply it on delicate areas if it's freezing outside, and almost every evening before bed. It works wonders in healing the skin if it's windburned, frostbitten, or if there's a burn. It also works perfectly in healing dry heels, knees, and elbows! I also use it as a lip balm, both in winter and summer!
For me, this cream has been a versatile product for many years. I use it for windburn, dryness, dermatitis, burns, and above all, as a fantastic lip balm. It saved my acquaintance with a "cold allergy" after the very first application.
However, I don't apply this cream on my face. I can't imagine how dry the skin would have to be for it to absorb completely without clogging pores with its greasiness.
I have an allergy to the cold in the winter season: my hands immediately turn red, peel, and crack until they bleed. Only this cream saves me!! I apply it at night under cotton gloves and my skin becomes perfect. I highly recommend it.
