Terrible toothpaste. After a week of use, I developed a very strong sensitivity to cold/hot. I never had sensitivity issues before. I checked online reviews about it - 90% of them complained about sensitivity. It definitely won't work for those who like a refreshing effect, you won't get it. The ingredients, in principle, are good - for that, I can give it a 1. But apparently, something in this composition, along with the plaque, removes the protective layer...

I am buying my second tube of this toothpaste because it does a great job of removing plaque (leaving my teeth feeling smooth) unlike the organic toothpastes I have tried, and I've tried quite a few. I also tried the coconut flavor from this line, but it doesn't clean as well.
