1. Before perming, wash your hair with a mild shampoo. Thoroughly dry your hair with a towel. Wear gloves. Pour the required amount of product into a non-metallic container.
2. Separate a small section of hair. Use a foam sponge to lather the product and apply it to the hair section. Wrap the section around the perm rod. The width of the section should not exceed the length of the rod. Start wrapping sections from the top of the head, gradually moving downward. Wrap the temporal and frontal sections last.
3. Once all hair sections are wrapped, reapply the product to the hair, avoiding contact with the scalp.
4. Cover your head with a cap or hat. Leave on for 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the hair type and desired curl firmness. To assess curl quality, unwind 1-2 rods in different areas of the head after 15-20 minutes. If the curls are too weak, extend the product's action time.
5. Once the desired curl firmness is achieved, rinse the hair thoroughly with warm water and towel dry, taking care not to disturb the wrapped sections.
