I think it depends on how well the product is rinsed out of the hair (especially when rinsed with almost hot water) or how evenly it is applied. I think I will try the conditioner from the same line, but for now, I am satisfied with the results. There was a promotion in the local store, so I stocked up on another bottle for my cosmetic bag.
