Inspired by the history and traditions of the British Royal Perfumery, in 2001, Clive Christian created a luxurious women's fragrance named 1872. The wearer of this scent is the epitome of true femininity, elegance, wisdom, and beauty, whose individuality is perfectly accentuated by the magical elixir from British perfumers.
The bouquet of this floral fragrance unfolds with delicate fruity notes of pineapple, lemon, and bergamot, framed by accents of blueberry and rosemary. At its heart lies the gentle and fresh, noble and elegant, angelically pure May rose, which blooms only in the gardens of French Grasse for three weeks a year.
To obtain just one drop of this magical extract, British perfumers use 170 buds. Accords of violet, jasmine, orchid, and freesia beautifully highlight the unparalleled May rose. The completion of the perfume bouquet is achieved through a masterful combination of woody extracts, oak moss, and musk. The exquisite authentic bottle is made of green crystal and adorned with a precious miniature crown, which Queen Victoria gifted to the Royal Perfumery House in admiration of their luxurious fragrances.
I purchased this fragrance based on online reviews, and I must say, it is the first scent I have come across in years of searching for something extraordinary! These are the most long-lasting perfumes I have ever had! I am absolutely in love with them and highly recommend them to everyone!
I bought myself a perfume sample. I really liked it. It starts off with a cologne-like scent, but then becomes really nice. After it opens up, I can smell a hint of cedar, a hint of moss, and white flowers with a light fruity acidity. Now I'm considering buying a full bottle. However, I wanted to clarify some details. How can I understand where it's perfume and where it's eau de parfum, if they are all labeled as "perfume spray"?
I bought this product as a treat for myself. The fragrance is long-lasting, perfect for evening wear, and has a luxurious feel.
I really really liked it, more than any others (there's also #1 and X). It lasts all day and is not overpowering. When you acquire Clive Cristian perfume, you begin to understand the difference between a natural product and a chemical one. Although before this, I also used far from cheap fragrances.
Very long-lasting and perfect for evening wear.
