Girls, do not use this as a heat protectant! It horribly dried out my hair, my colorist was shocked. Overall, Matrix products often dry out hair. I had to cut off several centimeters of hair, and now I will have to restore it with expensive masks and also bought a new heat protectant, several times more expensive. It's a shame I didn't listen to the girls who wrote here about the spray drying out hair.

I have also used the spray from Echosline, which has a styling effect and provides good protection, but it only lasted about a month, so I ordered another Matrix one.

No effect, poor sprayer, smells like antiseptic, which is not surprising because alcohol is the main ingredient. I use it together with the shampoo and conditioner from the same series, but the result is no different from cheaper products. This is a great product. I use it before curling my hair. It effectively holds the curls, even on the second day my hair remains wavy ;)

Initially, the hair feels a bit stiff, but with a little blow-drying, it becomes easily manageable. When using a brush, the shine is eye-catching, and the end result is superb. This product suited me perfectly!
My hair is curly, dry, voluminous but not thick. It's cut into a bob. If I use a smoothing mask, my hair loses volume and by the end of the day, it hangs like icicles. Or if I wear a hat, within an hour my hairstyle just flattens and it looks like my head is dirty.

But this product is simply a miracle - it doesn't weigh down or tangle my hair. While blow-drying them, it may seem like they're slightly sticky, but then that stickiness disappears and the result is a beautiful voluminous hairstyle. The hair is smooth, doesn't stick out in different directions, doesn't get frizzy, and doesn't try to curl into a ringlet.

Can this spray be applied to damp hair before blow-drying? Or only on dry hair before straightening?

I really liked the spray. Yes, the hair becomes slightly stiffer after applying the spray (not as soft as when drying after using conditioner), but they don't get damaged with a straightener. It does a great job with its thermal protection function.

The scent is okay, in my opinion. I don't understand how this spray protects against heat treatment if it contains alcohol. It makes my hair very dry and difficult to comb after using it. I bought it at the store for 350 UAH and I regret not checking the ingredients beforehand. I wasted my money.
