The shampoo is of good quality, pleasant, very hair-friendly, and works well. However, after 2 weeks of use, my scalp started itching terribly. I can't say for sure if it's because of this shampoo. But for now, I have stopped using it. I deducted a star because of this factor.

The package claims to be sulfate-free, but it actually contains sulfates, and not just one. When I ordered the shampoo and conditioner, I checked the ingredients on the website and there were no sulfates listed, but they were listed on the shampoo label. However, when I contacted the makeup support team about this issue, they processed a refund for me and, to my surprise, they updated the actual ingredients on the website. Makeup gets a huge plus for that, but the manufacturer gets a minus for misleading customers.
