It worked great for me. It removes makeup well and doesn't sting the eyes. Although, right after using it, I feel the urge to wash my face, but once it dries, it feels pleasant. After using this water, I feel the need to wash my face. It effectively removes makeup from the face, but not so well from the eyes. To remove eye makeup, I have to hold a cotton pad soaked in micellar water on my eyes for a long time, and even then, I still have to rub for a while. It stings the eyes.

I genuinely don't understand the positive reviews. It stings my eyes and the smell is awful, like some cheap soapy solution. I regret spending my money on it, I threw it away on the very first day. I went back to using Garnier.
