This shampoo is really great. It doesn't have a strong smell, and the foam settles on the hair without spreading all over the child's head, which prevents it from getting into the eyes. After using it, the hair becomes silky.
This shampoo is amazing. I bought it for my newborn baby, but I also use it for my 2.5-year-old child. Even though brushing didn't help my older child, this shampoo removed the flakes from both kids in about a month (I wash their hair once a week). It's a fantastic product.
I recently received the "Mustela Bebe Baby Foam Shampoo". It is a wonderful product. The full result was achieved on the third try. During bath time, I wet my daughter's head, spread the foam evenly with massaging motions, and left it on for 5 minutes. Then, I rinsed it off with water and gently brushed her hair with a baby brush (it was very easy and quick to remove flakes). And the most important thing is that it does not dry out the skin. Therefore, I recommend it to everyone. But I have one question... Can you please tell me how often I can use the baby foam shampoo after the flakes have been removed (in other words, how many times per week)?
We have been using this product for 3 months now. Our baby had a lot of crusts on their head, and just moisturizing and combing as the pediatrician advised didn't help. Only after using this foam did we start to see results. It's not as fast as we would have liked or as some people claim, but it does work. We have been using it for a week, and there are only a few crusts left, considering there were a lot before. We wet the head, applied the foam for 5 minutes, and gently combed it with a baby brush.

My baby is 4 months old and she had a large patch of crusts on her head. I washed it 5 times, just lathering it up, and rinsed it off after 3 minutes. No effect at all. But the next time, I applied the foam and started gently combing it with my fingers, not a comb. And on the second try, there were no more crusts. So for those who say it didn't work, maybe you should try combing while applying the foam.

We purchased this product on the recommendation of a dermatologist, and it has exceeded our expectations. The foam is excellent and has worked wonders for us. We used it to wash our hair and then combed it with a fine-toothed comb (a Chicco comb) afterward. The flakes disappeared very quickly. After getting rid of the flakes, we continue to use the foam as a regular shampoo (as the dermatologist said it can be used for general purposes as well).
Unfortunately, it has no effect at all, a waste of money. Although the shampoo helped with the first child within a week.
I have been using this foam for two weeks now, washing my head every other day. It has helped to get rid of small flakes and beginning crusts behind my ears, although the old crusts are still there. However, they have become smaller and are gradually coming off on their own.

The product is super effective and has helped me multiple times. We used to buy it with cream, but now we just use Bepanten alone and it works wonders. However, if it's for a newborn, it's better to get the set with cream. It's very economical.

At first, I really liked this product, but after a couple of months, it stopped having any effect at all. Recently, I read that it contains climbazole, which is a fairly safe and effective antifungal agent. However, it can cause dependency. You should not use it all the time; instead, take a break of two months after using it for a month. Also, it is not recommended to use it for a long period of time as the substance easily enters the bloodstream and affects the liver. It would be great if these warnings were included in the instructions for this shampoo, especially since we use it for our little kids.
