I have been using this brand of conditioner for a long time and I really like how it makes my hair soft and smooth.
I have keratin in my hair, so the result seems to be good, therefore I cannot fully evaluate it. But in my opinion, it is not a bad conditioner. Hair becomes soft after using it.
I didn't like the conditioner. Whether I use it or not, my curly hair gets tangled. It doesn't leave my hair feeling smooth and silky. I won't be buying it again.
For me, it's just average because I don't see anything bad or anything good after using it.

I decided to try another balm from this series and bought a small amount to test it out. Unfortunately, it didn't work for me. It didn't condition my hair at all; my hair became tangled and impossible to comb. It also made my hair heavy, even though I didn't apply it to the roots. On the other hand, I have tried almost all the masks from this brand, and they are much better. I recommend trying and using their masks instead of the conditioner. Although, it might be liked by someone else.
It does not remove hair fluffiness. It moisturizes quite well. The scent is very strong, but not as strong as the blue mask from this brand.
