I really liked the Oxidizer. I bought it specifically for tinting my eyebrows. I also purchased a dropper separately from the pharmacy to add it drop by drop.
I do not recommend buying this developer. It simply does not work and is a waste of money. However, I still love the makeup brand for their prompt delivery.
This product is simply terrible. After using this eyebrow dye, my eyebrows turned blue-violet, and the dye itself is purple. I tried mixing it with different amounts of developer, but the result was still awful. I do not recommend it to anyone.
