They immediately refunded the money. No questions asked! I kept the blades! But... I have never seen or tried anything so horrifying!!!! Dull!!!!! It's beyond terrible!!!! Absolutely useless!!!!!
I have been using this pedicure machine from the same company for several years, and overall I am satisfied. However, it seems to dull quite quickly - it barely lasts long enough to treat both feet, and by the end, it's practically useless. When dealing with a large workload, you might need two of them. Although I have nothing to compare it to as I haven't tried others. By the way, the machine is made of steel with a plastic handle, and after years of use, it hasn't broken or become loose - it's almost like new.
