I forgot to mention - I honestly didn't notice any rubber smell. I don't know why some people claim there was one.
This brush is absolutely amazing. When I received it, my hair was in need of a wash. And since my hair is of medium length, it tends to tangle easily. I was expecting the bristles to pull on my hair, but no! Not even in the most tangled areas. It glides through effortlessly, just like butter! I am pleasantly surprised by the quality. It feels soft and gentle on the scalp. I highly recommend it and I regret not having such quality earlier. Although I thought my old brush was great.
I am very satisfied with this purchase. It really untangles the hair and is not stiff. The rubber smell is still present two days after unpacking, but I believe it will fade away with time.
The comb is really good! I highly recommend it!
The rubbery scent of this comb is absolutely terrible, reminiscent of a cheap Chinese knockoff.
