I have been a fan of the Titania brand for a long time and I am very pleased with the quality. The pedicure file lasts a long time, at least six months for me. It doesn't peel off in water and gently exfoliates the skin, whether it's wet or dry. Unlike other brands, which just roughen the skin on the heels, causing it to peel off when in contact with water, this one doesn't. I can see the difference in the results of my pedicure.
