Apply a small amount of shampoo to your palms and rub them together. Then, apply the shampoo to your wet hair and gently massage your scalp. If you wash your hair daily, one application of shampoo is sufficient. Otherwise, it is recommended to shampoo your hair twice. Make sure to rinse your hair thoroughly after applying the shampoo. Use warm water (not hot) for rinsing. Finish the process by rinsing your hair with cold water to improve blood circulation.
The shampoo is not at all economical, but the effect is fabulous. The hair is moisturized and not weighed down. I liked it, but it only lasts for two weeks.

I have been buying this shampoo for probably 2 years now. My hair is thin and very dry at the ends. This shampoo does not weigh down my hair, on the contrary, it provides moisture without making it greasy. I don't understand the wild enthusiasm, as this shampoo can only be used for a short period of time. 2-in-1 products are convenient for traveling, so you don't have to bring many bottles with you. For everyday use, it's better to choose shampoo and conditioner separately, as each of them performs its own functions.

The shampoo is great. Even when you just rinse it off your hair, you notice how silky your hair is. I have fairly long hair, so that's why I chose it. The only downside is that it seems like it's not quite suitable for my hair type :) Before, I used to wash my hair every third day, but with this shampoo, I have to wash it every second day. So, it's perfect for dry hair (mine tends to be greasy).
