When using foundation, many women encounter the very unpleasant issue of oily shine that appears some time after application. For this reason, it is particularly challenging for those with oily skin to find a suitable concealing product. Experts from the renowned Polish cosmetics brand Paese have developed an innovative Sebum Control formula, which serves as the foundation for the Paese Sebum Control foundation.
The product specifically targets excessively oily areas of the skin, absorbing excess sebum to provide a long-lasting mattifying effect. At the same time, the Paese Sebum Control foundation effectively conceals minor imperfections, applies smoothly without creating a "mask" effect, and gives the face a natural, even, velvety tone.-
Apply a small amount of the product to your face, moving from the forehead down to the chin line, and blend using your fingers or a sponge.

I've been using this product for over six years, but the orders from the past six months have been a complete disappointment with this cosmetics brand. I used to love it and recommend it to everyone, but now I think it's time to look for something else. As always, the delivery from Makeup was fast and reliable. Thank you.
I haven't applied it fully to my face yet, but here are my thoughts so far:
1. I have very fair skin with visible capillaries, freckles, blemishes, and some peeling. After applying the product, the peeling is no longer visible. It seems to adapt to my skin tone, even though it initially appeared very dark (shade 400 Porcelain).
2. I'll continue testing it and will definitely update with more information.
I really liked the foundation, I got shade 402. It matches my skin tone perfectly and is very long-lasting.
I am very satisfied with this foundation. It's perfect for oily skin, effectively retaining moisture and controlling shine. A makeup artist recommended it to me once, and I've been using it ever since.
Here's a coherent translation of the product review:
"The perfect gift for someone you dislike. It oxidizes mercilessly, and the shade 400 turns into a bright orange. Truly the disappointment of the year."
After using it, I started breaking out with acne.
I bought this product based on a makeup artist's recommendation. She used shades 400 and 402 and mixed them to match my skin tone, so I decided to purchase shade 401. It suits me well. However, it has a strong scent that I'm not very fond of. It applies beautifully over a primer. Even my friend asked what foundation I was using.
I didn't purchase this on Makeup, but I decided to leave a review in case it might be helpful to someone.
Cons:
- It oxidizes. Initially, it might seem like it's adapting to your skin tone, but after two minutes, you'll find yourself a shade darker.
- It provides no coverage whatsoever. I have three small pigmentation spots on my nose that other foundations easily cover, but not this one. And it does nothing for acne marks.
- The smell is overwhelming. It makes my eyes water, and even after some time, the scent lingers.
- It's sticky. Although it's supposed to be suitable for oily skin, you can't do without powder and setting spray.
- It's costly to use. It requires a large amount even for a single application, especially if you're using a sponge.
I spent an hour outside wearing this, and the whole time I couldn't wait to get home and take it off.
Pros:
None.
I don't understand how makeup artists could like this foundation (I bought it based on their recommendations). For the same price, you're better off buying Catrice. Although it also oxidizes, it excels in every other aspect. This is the disappointment of the year, and it's going straight to the trash.
I bought this foundation based on a recommendation. It can be a bit drying, so I might need to switch the moisturizer I use underneath it. Also, if you have fair skin, the porcelain shade might be too light for summer. Overall, it's a good product, and I will continue using it.
I expected more. I actually prefer the cheaper Maybelline product. This one settles into wrinkles and emphasizes them, which is the main downside.
Doesn't live up to its claims! My face gets oily within 2-3 hours. I bought it based on friends' recommendations, but honestly, nothing beats Clinique. I was hoping to find a cheaper alternative, but... I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
I've been using this foundation for over a year, and I'm more than satisfied with it—I haven't found anything better yet. The 400 shade is perfect for me, as I have fair skin with pink undertones and light brown hair. For those who say it makes their skin oily quickly, try changing your day cream; that might be the cause of the oiliness. Personally, when I use it with Christina's cream for combination skin, the foundation applies perfectly and my skin doesn't get oily.
The tone is good and provides decent coverage. It makes my face look radiant. I chose the shade 400 Porcelain, which appeared very light at first, but after a few minutes, it adjusted to match my skin tone. Thank you, Makeup, for your work and the little gifts!
The tone of the product is great, and I'd give it a 5 for its properties. However, the shade 400 Porcelain is not as expected. It's more of a Beige with a pink undertone (if you have olive or yellow undertones, the pink really stands out). The scent is unpleasant and quite strong, lingering for a long time. So overall, I'd rate it a 3.
Great lightweight foundation. I have combination skin, and it suited me perfectly without drying it out.
Upon receiving the product, I tested it immediately. I guessed the shade correctly (I’m neither very tan nor extremely fair, with a warm undertone). Shade 401 was a perfect match... under evening lighting. It didn’t oxidize. I’ll check how it looks in daylight in the morning, hoping it won’t turn more yellow. I have oily skin, and my forehead started to shine after two hours, but that happens with all foundations on me, whether they are mattifying or not. I applied it over a primer, though I usually use a moisturizer. I’ll try it without the primer next time. I didn’t really like the scent, but it faded after a couple of hours. I’ll continue testing it.
I've been using this foundation for six months. The shade 401 was a bit too dark and slightly yellow for me (I have light blonde hair and fair skin), but shade 400 is perfect. I'm really happy with it. My skin's oiliness has significantly reduced, and the coverage is excellent, so I definitely recommend it. I don't understand all the negative reviews. It's important to remember that proper skincare is essential. If you're using a cheap cleanser and expecting the foundation to work miracles, that's unrealistic. With the right skincare routine and this foundation, the results are fantastic.
I've been using this foundation for several years now, and I really like it. The color matches my skin well, it applies easily, and it doesn't cake. I wouldn't say it effectively controls oily shine for long, but despite that, I really like this foundation.
The foundation was disappointing. I bought the shade 400-Porcelain, and it was terrible. It oxidized a lot and looked orangey from the start. The coverage was very poor. It was a waste of money.
I used to use a different foundation, but I decided to take a chance and try this one because it had better reviews. I chose shade #402 Natural. Overall, it's a good product, but I didn't quite get the right shade since my skin is lighter. I can't really say anything bad about it except for the smell. I have a sensitive nose, and the scent is just overwhelming. Thankfully, it fades quickly.
The product has a brick-yellow undertone, which was disappointing.
I've used this product before, but it was my first time ordering from this website. I'm more than satisfied. It leaves my skin feeling soft, almost velvety, and applies wonderfully. I definitely recommend it.
This is a good foundation with medium coverage. I set it with rice powder from the same brand, and it lasts on my combination skin for 8 to 10 hours. In the photo, shade 401 is on the left, and shade 400 is on the right.
At first glance, everything seems great. The scent is very pleasant. The cream is gentle, and the jar is convenient.
I use it every day. It's long-lasting. I apply it along with the Delia Free Skin Make Up Primer. I'm satisfied.
I ordered shade 402, but it turned out to be too dark for a natural tone. It's a golden beige and very thick.
The foundation was perfect for me. I chose shade 401 Light Beige. It provides an even coverage and a natural look—even my husband noticed how great it is. The 401 shade is darker and more yellow than my natural skin tone, but it adapts wonderfully. Additionally, the foundation is very long-lasting and stays on until evening.
I tried this product for the first time and fell in love with it immediately. The color is a perfect match, it has a light texture, and it lasts all day.
Great foundation. It really blends well and applies smoothly, even though the shade was a bit too dark for me. I noticed they now have a lighter shade available, so I'll definitely get that one next time.
The shade 401 is very dark! When I tried it on my hand in my city, it seemed much lighter. I'm extremely disappointed; I waited a week just to waste my money. For this price, you can find a better product.
The text is asking: "Is it comedogenic?"
I mix shades 400 and 402 to achieve the desired tone. Compared to other foundations, this one results in less oily shine on my T-zone. It has a liquid consistency and an alcohol-like scent, and it comes in a convenient glass bottle. The coverage is medium when applied with a beauty blender.
Hello! I purchased the Paese Long Cover Fluid foundation in shade 01. Could you recommend a better shade from this series?
Here's a coherent translation of the product review:
"Ladies, I ordered shade 400 for fair skin, and it's perfect. The quality is excellent, especially for oily skin during the summer—it's a lifesaver. Initially, when you apply it, there's a pink undertone, but within a minute, the cream dries and adjusts to your skin tone. It's perfect! Thank you for the fast delivery and the surprise gift (coconut oil). It was very unexpected and delightful!"
The foundation is decent. You can apply it in both a thin and thick layer. Its coverage is good. However, the shade 400 has a pink undertone. The only real disappointment was the smell. I didn't notice any significant oil-controlling effect. It felt like I was using a budget product worth 50 UAH.
The online store left a separate impression. When I placed my order, the delivery was listed as free, but it turned out to cost 15 UAH. "Thanks a lot."
Amazing foundation! I'm 100% satisfied. It provides great matte coverage and conceals imperfections, plus it's comfortable on the skin even in summer! I'll definitely be ordering it again!
I've ordered shade 400 multiple times now—it's an excellent product. It applies well and lasts. I'll definitely order it again, as it suits my combination skin perfectly!
For some reason, this product just didn't work for me! I have combination skin that's quite light, and even the lightest shade was darker than my skin tone, though it was manageable. However, applying it with a brush, sponge, or even my fingers resulted in a patchy finish, which was terrible. I really didn't like it, even though I know it's a reputable brand.
Here's a coherent translation of the product review:
"This foundation is excellent in terms of quality and how it feels on the skin, but the color is too orange. Shade 401 is not light, even when mixed with 0.5 fluid, as another reviewer mentioned below. I can't use it, and I'm very disappointed."
This foundation is excellent. I first encountered it during a personal makeup course and fell in love with it. I highly recommend it—it's a lifesaver for problematic skin. I ordered it from Meikap for the first time, and everything was perfect: quick, convenient, and on time.
I ordered this foundation (shade 401) for the first time, along with a correcting primer from the same brand. I'm very pleased! It's the best option I've found so far for combination skin. Thank you, MakeUp, for the quality and speedy delivery!
This is my second bottle, and it's the best foundation I've ever used. It provides great coverage without creating a mask-like effect and is perfect for the T-zone. It's ideal for oily skin, so I highly recommend it. Makeup is spot on, as always!
The downside is that it doesn't provide any coverage!
The shade 401 is excellent for both brunettes and blondes. It's a kind of natural tone that slightly adapts to your skin color. In the bottle, it may appear a bit dark, but it actually provides a lovely foundation for fair or slightly tanned skin. However, it might look too pale on darker skin tones. Regarding the matte effect, it didn't work well with my combination (more oily) skin, just like all the others I have tried before.
Great foundation! However, the store staff seal the lid with tape to prevent it from breaking, which leaves unsightly residue. It's difficult to clean off completely, and it leaves marks, which is quite frustrating. Please consider using a less sticky tape.
I absolutely loved it! It applies perfectly! Highly recommend!
The product doesn’t actually mattify, but despite that, it's a decent foundation. It applies very easily, doesn’t settle into pores, and looks good on the skin without any mask-like effect. I don’t understand why manufacturers claim properties for their products that they don’t have. Its coverage is on the weaker side and won't hide major skin issues, so I wouldn’t recommend it for those with problematic skin. I chose shade 401, which should suit most people, though it has a slight yellow undertone. Overall, it's a decent foundation for those with good skin.
