It's great. You just need to dry it according to the instructions without combing it. The comb is completely different from other detanglers! There is no hint of that softness and excellent combing. Yes, it is designed for styling, but it is very hard and hits the head painfully! I didn't see any advantages in it. It is a useless and quite expensive purchase.
I agree! What a disappointment. I paid so much money for this, and yet I get frustrated every time I comb my hair! I have a pocket version of the Tangle Teezer, and it's a completely different story. Everything just combs through easily. But with this product, it's a nightmare. It literally pulls out my hair. I'm so upset.
This is a nightmare, not a comb. The whole essence of the previous Tangle Teezers was that they had soft bristles that would bend when they encountered tangles in the hair. Thanks to this, combing was soft and pleasant. But this brush with its hard bristles, it's stiff, I really don't understand its purpose. It tears the hair, doesn't comb anything, and even hits the head, it's painful and unpleasant, absolutely useless. The only plus is that it's easy to clean thanks to the grooves.
I wanted to replace my old Tangle Teezer because many of its bristles had bent, but after this purchase, I decided to keep it and fell in love with its softness and delicacy all over again.
