Yes, there is a slight stickiness, but if you use a small amount and apply the cream afterwards, you wouldn't even notice it, if you hadn't read the comments here :) In other words, there is no discomfort, so you don't have to worry about that. Based on my experience, all cleansers-micellar waters-toners can foam, and there is nothing wrong with that - it's just a continuation of the cleansing process. Just use less product and gently wipe it off :)
