The freshness disappears after just 20 minutes, and in the morning, excuse the details, there is a smell from the mouth. So, "Ice Mint" and oak bark from the same manufacturer are my favorites. By the way, I have braces, so using a mouthwash is a mandatory procedure. I have been using only them for six months, and now I don't worry at all that my breath might smell unpleasant.
