The regular nail polish remover was mistakenly packaged instead of the gel polish remover that I ordered. At first, I was disappointed, but I decided to call the manager. Victoria kindly listened, but she tried to convince me that this product is suitable for all types of polishes. However, she eventually called the warehouse to clarify. It turned out that there is indeed a different product for gel polishes. They transferred my case to the customer service department. The customer service department listened to everything in detail, sorted it out, and delivered a replacement the next day. I am extremely grateful to the company 'Make-Up' for their customer-oriented approach. They know how to work with clients at the highest level!!!!!! I recommend everyone to use their website!!!!!!!
